2275 NYS Route 104 – Area Variance (postponed from November)

 

The application of O.P.M. Enterprises, LLC requesting area variances to allow the placement of two storage trailers as listed below located at Forest Grove Mobile Home Park as below:

 

  • One 8 ft. x 20 ft. storage container located 3.6 ft. from the west property line needing relief of 1.4 ft.  when a 5 ft. side yard setback is required; and
  • One 8 ft. x 40 ft. storage container located 5.6 ft. from the west property line needing relief of 9.4 ft. when a 15 ft. side yard setback is required; and
  • Relief of 28.5 ft. to the front setback requirement of 75 ft. to allow both storage units 46.5 ft. from the front property line.

 

The property is owned by the applicant and zoned Business Transitional (B.T.).
