The Watershed Management Advisory Council meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. at the Water Utilities Department by Mr. Wykle, Water Utilities Superintendent, / WMAC Chairman.

Approval of minutes / reports:
A motion was made by Mr. Stramonine, seconded by Mr. Santangelo to approve the minutes dated April 16, 2008. 4 ayes 0 nays
A motion was made by Mr. Santangelo, seconded by Mr. Stramonine to approve the Town Board Report for April 2008. 4 ayes 0 nays

Council Reports:
Mr. Santangelo reported about Mrs. Stacklyn’s property located at 6675 Slocum Road. The neighbor to the south cleaned out a portion of Dennison Creek bed that increased the volume of water that traverses the rear of her property causing erosion problems. Mr. Santangelo will further investigate the issue.
Mr. Santangelo and Mr. Pevear are going to check Mrs. Northrop’s property located at 6668 Lakeside Road, relative to flooding in her yard due to alleged misalignment of swales.
Mr. Wykle gave an update on Bear Creek (North of Bear Creek Drive) restoration project. Approvals from ACOE and NYSDEC were obtained and all relative work is nearly completed. Mr. Wykle also conducted a site visit for council members and explained the total restoration and stabilization project to further address erosion and sediment control.
Mr. Wykle distributed a copy of the SPDES Permit # GP-0-08-001 for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activities with effective dates
(5/1/08 – 4/30/10). He also stated the Ontario - Wayne Stormwater Coalition will conduct the MS4 annual public meeting at the Macedon Town Hall, 32 Main Street on May 29, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
Mr. Wykle advised the council that the GIS project is also on schedule and two (2) toughbook computers were received, uploaded by MRB Group, Pictometry installed by Wayne County 911 Center and will be distributed to the Ontario Fire Chief and Water Utilities Distribution Crew Chief .
An inventory of the culverts for Wayne County has been received on C.D.
1318 Lake Road – Entingh: Mr. Wykle is scheduled to meet with the resident on 5/21/08 to go over options for damaged property access.
1340 Lake Road – Wulfurt: Mr. Wykle will also schedule an appointment with Mrs. Wulfurt to discuss a similar property access issue.
