FITNESS CENTER RULES

1. Use of exercise equipment is allowed only when fitness center attendant is on duty.
2. Membership ID tag must be presented to fitness room attendant when entering.
3. Appropriate exercise clothing and footwear to be worn at all times.
4. Sneakers must be free of debris (mud, snow, water, etc.)
5. Limit use of cardio equipment to 30 minutes
6. All equipment is to be used appropriately and according to instructions.
7. Weights, bars, clamps, etc. must be returned to their proper storage locations following use
8. Please bring a towel to clean sweat off equipment when you are done.
9. Report any equipment damage to fitness room attendant promptly.
