Public Appointments and Forum:
Mr. Aaron Salce from 7659 Tamarack Lane met with the council to review the information that was received since his last meeting with council on March 18, 2008. Mr. Miller and Mr. Santangelo visited the location and supplied Mr. Salce with the history of his property. The swale was filled in by the builder, so the problem is not really that of Watershed. The removal of trees on Albright’s property might have contributed to the problem, but if the swale were still in place, the water would have been drawn away. Mr. Salce was advised to recreate the swale.
