This is a non-elected full-time position reporting to the Town Justices with an hourly rate of $18.25.

Persons holding the position of Clerk of the Court must be willing to attend 12 hours of training annually at town expense.  The Clerk of the Court must be a Notary Public or willing to obtain and maintain such license, also at town expense.
