NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED, that a Public Hearing of the Town Board of the Town of Ontario will be held at the Ontario Town Hall, 1850 Ridge Road, Ontario, New York on March 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM to consider the revision of the formation resolution for the Town-wide Watershed Drainage Benefit Area including the environmental significance therefore and to hear all persons interested in the subject thereof concerning the same and for such other and further action on the part of said Town Board with relation to such Town-wide Watershed Drainage Benefit Area.
