PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board at the Town Offices of the Town of Ontario located at 1850 Ridge Road in the Town of Ontario, on the 27^th day of November 2023, at 7:15 p.m., to consider modifications to a previously approved Planned Unit Development known as Centennial Village Planned Unit Development located at 1290 Ridge Road, Ontario, New York. In 2021, the Town Board of the Town of Ontario approved the Planned Unit Development for nine (9) 2-story apartment buildings containing nine (9) units each with attached garages and governed by a Homeowner’s Association.  The project was referred to the Town of Ontario Planning Board and certain modifications were recommended. The modification proposes to construct eight (8) eight (8) unit, 2 story apartment buildings with attached garages, associated parking, roads and utilities in the existing Centennial Village Planned Unit Development to be governed by a Homeowner’s Association. Modifications to the proposed site plan are also anticipated. Copies of the application, Planning Board recommendations, reports and drawings are on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Ontario, where the same are available for public inspection during regular office hours.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on said proposed modifications at the place and time aforesaid.
