The Water Utilities Superintendent is responsible for the Administration of the Water Utilities Department, including the proper and continued functioning of the Town's Water Treatment plant, Water Distribution and Storage Systems. The Water Treatment Plant is located at 1961 Lake Road. The Town's Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Water Utilities Administration Office are both located at 2200 Lake Road.
Water Utilities operates and maintains the public water (~90 pipeline miles) and sewer systems (~50 pipeline miles), including production of up to 3.5 million gallons per day of drinking water and treatment of up to 1.0 million gallons per day of wastewater treatment.

Water and Sewer Bills are mailed out:
January 1
April 1
July 1
October 1
* Bills are typically available electronically 2 weeks prior to mailing via InvoiceCloud (http://invoicecloud.com/ontariony).
Bills can be mailed or paid in-person at Town Hall (1850 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519)
or paid online at: http://invoicecloud.com/ontariony
Bill Payment options:
- Cash or Check paid in-person at Town Hall
- Check mailed to Town Hall
- Credit Card or EFT through InvoiceCloud
- Online Bill Pay through your personal bank
* There is a $2.95 convenience fee for all online transactions (Credit Card, EFT) through InvoiceCloud. There is an additional convenience fee of $1.00 per transaction for payment by phone.
*Electronic registration and paperless billing are no cost.
Outstanding, unpaid bills will be relevied to the County/Tax Bill annually in September.
