PROPOSITION

"Shall the bond resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Ontario, New York, dated February 15, 2021, authorizing the acquisition of approximately 161.25 acres of land located at 2101 Country Club Lane, in the Town of Ontario, New York, to include the club house and accessory buildings, equipment, fixtures and accessories at an estimated maximum aggregate cost of $1,150,000, with the expenditure of $400,000 of available current funds and the issuance of up to $750,000 of general obligation serial bonds of the Town to pay for such costs; providing for the issuance of bond anticipation notes; and pledging the faith and credit of the Town to the payment of such obligations and the interest thereon, be approved?"
